Where can I get sylvan springs designed serving bowls and platters?
We have partial set of Home Trend china & would like replacement pieces. They are brown with grapes & other fruit (looks like fruits pear & plum). There branches & leaves too. The handles if the coffee mugs are green and there’s green around the base of the coffee mugs. How do I find replacement mugs, dishes, etc?

Very disappointed in the dinnerware. I have mosaic, it chips EASILY, impossible to remove the utensil marks, and I had a dinnerplate in the microwave heating up a plate of food and it broke in half while the food was warming. Had it in the microwave for 2 minutes. I have had to buy replacement plates ongoing since purchasing this pattern in the last 1.5 years. It’s garbage. This is the second email to you concerning how unhappy I am with this set. I have heard nothing. I will gladly send pictures and my disappointing story to WalMart on their facebook page.

One of my brand new home trend plates (that I bought as replacement xause hubby dropped last one) got a 2 1/2 inch crack on it while making our dinner plates! Chicken was hot but not boiling and plate was room temp (75°)! I have never had this happen before and am quite upset. I have been using this set for 2 years.

I’ve had the Jazz set for about 5-6 years now. I’ve only had my lasagna dish break (my boyfriend dropped it :C), but haven’t had any other dishes crack or chip. However, I’m looking to add to my collection. I remember seeing a pie plate with lid once in the store (still kicking myself for not getting it then), and I’d like to get any serving plates or bowls as well as a replacement lasagna dish. Any way that I could get some?
I bought two sets at Wal-mart back in March. I am very unhappy with them. The paint job is very poor. It looks like the paint was bloched on them, lines going through them, black lines going through them, and ink dripping from cups. I have tried contact this company and Wal-mart and I don’t get a respond. They are the worse dishes I ever owned. I cannot find a phone number for this company. I have tried finding one online and cannot find one. I will never buy dishes from Home Trends again. The quality is very poor!

I’m looking for accessory pieces of Mosaic Tile by Home Trends. Serving bowls (I can find small serving bowls, but I’m looking for larger ones), trays, canister sets, etc. All I can find are the place settings. I’ve seen pics of them online…but no one has any of the pieces to sell (yes, I’ve tried Replacements and I’m on the list to be notified if any become available).
